1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and bf099.org ("bf099," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the bf099 online casino, sportsbook, and related gaming services available at bf099.org and any associated mobile interface.

By completing the account registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using any part of the bf099 platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are effective as of the date indicated above and apply continuously for the duration of your relationship with bf099. bf099 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with bf099, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age;
• You are a resident or lawful visitor of the Philippines;
• You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming authority;
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of bf099, its affiliates, software providers, or payment processors;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party;
• You do not have an existing active or suspended bf099 account;
• Online gaming is not prohibited under any laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence or presence.

bf099 reserves the right to require documentary proof of age, identity, or address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and forfeiture of pending withdrawals in accordance with PAGCOR anti-fraud guidelines.

3. Account Registration and KYC

3.1 Registration

Each individual player is permitted to hold one (1) account on the bf099 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document, your date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

3.2 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

In compliance with PAGCOR Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), bf099 is required to verify the identity of all account holders prior to processing withdrawal transactions above applicable thresholds, and in all cases where suspicious activity is detected.

Acceptable KYC documents include: Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA)-issued PhilSys National ID, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), Land Transportation Office Driver's License, Passport (Philippine or foreign with valid Philippine visa), or Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) ID. Proof of address may additionally be required.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your bf099 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. bf099 shall bear no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify bf099 support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bf099 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine-domiciled payment channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya Bank), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), and Metrobank. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). bf099 does not accept cryptocurrency or foreign currency deposits.

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits are credited to your bf099 wallet upon confirmation from the payment processor, typically within minutes for e-wallet transactions. bf099 does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification status. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during operational support hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, or Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours. bf099 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

4.4 AML Compliance

bf099 is obligated under Philippine law to report suspicious transactions to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) as required by Republic Act No. 9160 and its implementing rules. Transactions involving proceeds of unlawful activity are strictly prohibited and will be reported to the appropriate authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

bf099 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and free spins on selected slot titles. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated in specific promotion terms:

• Promotions are available only to players with verified accounts who meet all eligibility requirements under these Terms;
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds for sports betting bonuses, and expiry periods are specified in individual promotion terms and conditions;

6. Gameplay, Wagering Rules, and Game Integrity

All games offered on the bf099 platform utilize certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer mechanics conducted under PAGCOR-approved protocols. Game outcomes are determined independently of any player action, system intervention, or bf099 commercial interest.

Published Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages derived from millions of game rounds and do not constitute a guarantee of individual session outcomes. bf099 is not responsible for individual player losses arising from the inherent variance of gaming outcomes.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or network interruption that affects the integrity of a game round, bf099 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the respective player wallets. bf099's decision in such matters is final and binding.

For sports betting, all bets are settled in accordance with the official result as recognized by the relevant sporting body at the time of settlement. bf099 reserves the right to void bets where the official result is subject to formal protest, overturned following an official inquiry, or where clear pricing errors were made at the time of bet placement.

7. Responsible Gaming

bf099 provides the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a forty-eight (48) hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Optional session duration alerts configurable between thirty (30) minutes and four (4) hours.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary exclusion (30, 90, or 180 days) or permanent account closure. All self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. Re-activation of a self-excluded account is not available during the elected exclusion period.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf099 platform and may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to PAGCOR or Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Registration or use of the platform by any person under the age of twenty-one (21) years;
• Creating or operating more than one account, or permitting any third party to use your account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information;
• Using automated systems, bots, artificial intelligence tools, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players;
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any conduct that corrupts the integrity of any sporting event on which bets are placed;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or misconfigured odds;
• Depositing funds derived from unlawful activity or engaging in any transaction that constitutes money laundering under Philippine law;
• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behavior toward bf099 staff or other players;
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law;
• Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or derive the source code of any bf099 software or game engine.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the bf099 platform — including but not limited to the bf099 name and logo, website design, software, game graphics, audio, video, text, and data — are owned by or licensed to bf099.org and are protected under Philippine intellectual property law (Republic Act No. 8293, Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines) and applicable international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bf099 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. No rights are transferred to you beyond this limited license. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bf099 intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

bf099 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and the implementing rules promulgated by the National Privacy Commission. The categories of personal data collected, the purposes of processing, data retention periods, and your rights as a data subject are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By registering an account, you provide your informed consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, including disclosure to PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine government authorities as required by law.

11. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bf099 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform;
• Loss of gaming funds resulting from network interruptions, device failures, or disconnection during active game sessions;
• Errors or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment processors (GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank);
• Loss of data, account access, or functionality resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security;
• Any harm arising from your reliance on information published on the platform that is subject to change without notice.

Nothing in these Terms limits bf099's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law. Gaming involves financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited. bf099 is not responsible for individual player losses arising from normal gameplay outcomes.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

bf099 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to the prohibited conduct set out in Section 8. Upon termination for cause, bf099 may forfeit any funds held in the account where permitted by PAGCOR regulations and applicable law.

You may close your bf099 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance (less outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to your designated Philippine payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and applicable processing timelines.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to the Presidential Decree No. 1869 (PAGCOR Charter), Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act), Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act), and Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code).

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the bf099 platform shall first be subject to good-faith resolution through bf099's internal dispute resolution process. Disputes not resolved within thirty (30) days may be escalated to PAGCOR's Player Complaints Division in accordance with PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures. Legal proceedings, where necessary, shall be conducted before the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

14. Amendments to These Terms

bf099 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via SMS to the registered Philippine mobile number and/or email notification at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where immediate amendment is required by PAGCOR directive, Philippine law, or for urgent security reasons.

Your continued use of the bf099 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
